Passion for Leadership Development
Audrey’s dissertation focused on how to grow our own leaders in the community college system. At that time (2007-2009) colleges in California had difficulty attracting quality candidates for leadership positions. Audrey conducted primary and secondary research to discover how to prepare future leaders for high-level administrative positions. She interviewed College Presidents and Vice-Presidents and became very familiar with their challenges and the demands placed on them.
At the same time, she participated in the outstanding leadership programs (Admin 101 and the 12-months Mentor Program) offered by the Association of California Community College Administrators (ACCCA).
Audrey’s college President (at Mt. San Antonio College) took interest in her research findings and offered her the opportunity to create a regional mentoring program in partnership with five other colleges. This is how the SanFACC Mentoring Program was born. Because of her passion for personal and professional development, she was chosen to serve as Interim Director of Professional and Organizational Development on her campus.

Personal Life
Audrey was born and raised in Provence, in the South of France. She went to college in France, England, Spain, and did an internship in Italy before moving to California in 2000 to get her MBA.
By choosing complete immersion in new countries, she had to learn languages and cultures rapidly. She didn’t have a support system and worked to pay for her education, which taught her early in life to be resilient, resourceful, and strategic in everything that she does. Working full-time while going to college was the perfect experience to master time management, productivity and peak performance.
She loves living in California and empowering others to have a fulfilling career and personal life. Audrey is a huge animal lover and donates a portion of all earnings to local animal rescue organizations.
