Rates and program length - 3 options
The investment required for your coaching program will depend on the nature of your goals, how many goals you have, your availability, and your level of commitment to personal and professional growth.
For leadership development and other professional development goals, you may choose a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month program. For coaching related to career advancement, the best option is the 6-month program which includes document review and feedback (e.g., detailed review of job descriptions, resume, cover letters, leadership statement, diversity statement and any other supplemental questions required in job applications).
Coaching sessions are 1-hour long and conducted over the phone (unless there is a need for video, in which case we can use zoom).
You may choose from:
3-month intensive - best option when you have an urgent problem to solve or a time-sensitive opportunity to seize.
6-month integration - best option when you want to have more time to fully integrate what you’re learning and apply new strategies to multiple situations and goals.
12-month transformation - best option when you want to transform into an even better leader and permanently free yourself from habits or thoughts that are currently holding you back. With a year-long coaching program, you will improve your mindset, self-confidence, communication, influence, effectiveness, work habits, and become ready for a higher level of leadership.
