Dr. Audrey Reille delivers engaging, motivational, and educational presentations and workshops customized to the audience's needs and learning objectives. She brings expertise in higher education leadership, peak performance, self-empowerment, and humor to every event.
Change is a good thing but rarely seen as such. It is natural for managers, faculty, and staff to fear the unknown and be resistant to change, but it does not have to be that way. Audrey will show you how to bring reassurance, motivate your teams to own the new decisions as if they were theirs, and step up to make the changes successful.
The first step to empowering employees to improve their work performance is to discover what they think and feel. Audrey will show you how to uncover what is in the hearts and minds of your team members so that you can help them express their full potential, improve morale, increase loyalty, and encourage innovation.
Knowing what to do and actually doing it are two different things. Audrey will not only reveal effective time optimization strategies but also explain why people don't implement what they know and how to overcome unconscious patterns that create self-sabotage. Attendees will understand what drives their decisions and behaviors and how to regain control over their schedule to create work-life balance.
Servant Leaders' Mindset
When individuals in leadership roles focus on the self and worry about what people think of them, or how to show they are worthy of their title, or how to fee safe, or how to avoid conflict, and so on, they can't serve their institution at a high level. Audrey will explain how shifting focus from the self to service to others is the key to exceptional leadership, increasing confidence, and reducing stress.
Heavy workloads, pressure and stress can make leaders lose their ability to respond to situations with emotional intelligence. Being triggered, impatient, non-supportive, or angry should not be tolerated. Audrey will show you how to change thought patterns, disempowering beliefs, and old habits to respond to situations with mindfulness and positive intentions.

"Unconscious Obstacles to Effective Time Management and How to Overcome Them", The Chair Academy's 27th Annual International Leadership Conference, April 2018
“We all go to lots of conferences focused at building success in what we do. Occasionally we hear someone speak that ignites something within us. Dr. Reille is just that speaker. She understands the pressure on leaders today and has developed a process to help. Her ability to engage with her audience was enough that it caused me to go to her website and learn more about her and the topics she specializes. I am glad I did because the motivation I gained is allowing me to focus more at work, eliminate time spent on unnecessary meetings, and build success within my team.
We face many obstacles in Higher Education, but by implementing Dr. Reille’s suggestions and learning more about how to create a better structure, we can become more efficient. There is never enough time in the day and priorities constantly shift, but through her lecture on overcoming these obstacles, I left feeling more confident to implement a better way to move through the semesters. I appreciate the easy way Dr. Reille engages her audience, she has a unique ability to get people excited about the everyday tasks we tend to take for granted, and the people ultimately affected by those tasks.”

She combined theoretical concepts of leadership to practical application in the work place. One of the most impressive aspects of the session was information could be applied across academic disciplines and professional industries. “I had the pleasure of sitting in on Dr. Audrey Reille’s workshop sessions “Compassionate Leadership to Improve Communication and Effectiveness and Loyalty” and also the “Unconscious Obstacles to Effective Time Management”, at this year’s 2018 Chair Academy in Denver Colorado. I always hope to take something with me back to the classroom or to my Chair office that I can utilize in my daily work. Well let me tell you something, these two workshop topics sent me back to Albuquerque with lots of ideas and helpful ideas to use. The PowerPoints were precise, informative and right on target to her topics. Dr. Reille’s 1st presentation was so inspiring that I had to make it to her second presentation and even got there early so I would have a seat. I also saw something that does not happen every day, she offered her PowerPoints up for grabs to anyone who wanted them when they returned home via email upon request….what was that? No one ever offers their hard work and material up to visitors? Well if you ever have the opportunity to see one of Dr. Audrey Reille’s workshop, stop what you are doing and attend it will be time well spent.”
- Kay Hamby, Manufacturing Cluster Chair, Central New Mexico Community College
"Embracing Change" Citrus College, Student Services, February 2018
"Dr. Audrey Reille was a featured speaker during a biannual Student Services training that I coordinate. I asked her to develop a presentation based on our theme of embracing change given that our college was implementing various new policies that were creating more work for everyone and some resentment among team members.
Dr. Reille did an excellent job and managed to address a sensitive topic head-on! She encouraged the team to look in the mirror and face its own fears and concerns regarding change. Dr. Reille gave the team 10 applicable strategies to reframe thought patterns. Not only was her presentation great, she engaged the audience by having team members answer their own questions. For example, what are our concerns and how can we find reassurance? She guided us through this process and in the end it was a great help to an overwhelmed team. The evaluation results for her presentation were terrific and I highly recommend Dr. Reille for one of your trainings!"
